Research Interests

Dr. Lee’s research focuses on prevention and etiology of alcohol and cannabis use during the transition to young adulthood. She studies young adults’ motivations for engagement in high-risk behaviors, how developmental transitions and timing of events influence substance use and intervention, and what are efficacious strategies for prevention and intervention.
