Research Interests

Dr. Unadkat’s laboratory focuses on transport, metabolism, interaction and disposition of drugs, including drugs of abuse.  He leads UWPKDAP, a NIDA funded Program Project grant (P01), in which he studies disposition of cannabinoids in pregnancy. Through another grant funded by NCCIH, he is studying pharmacokinetic interactions of cannabinoids with medicinal compounds.
